Services
We run your payroll, calculate PAYE and NSSF contributions, and file and remit them each month.
Employers deduct PAYE and NSSF from salaries every month and must pay them on time. Late or incorrect payments attract penalties. We calculate the payroll, prepare payslips and file the returns.
We collect employee details and register you with NSSF if needed.
Each month we work out pay, PAYE and NSSF from your figures.
We prepare the returns and payment slips for you to approve.
Payslips and filings are kept on file for staff and inspections.
Both are due by the 15th of the month after the salaries are paid. We prepare them ahead of that date.
Currently 15% of an employee’s gross pay: 10% paid by the employer and 5% deducted from the employee. We use the rates in force when we calculate your payroll.
