Privacy policy

This policy explains how Narwin Services Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data through this website and when you contact us. We handle personal data in line with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 and its regulations.

What we collect

• Details you send us: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and your message, when you use the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Documents for our work: when you become a client, the documents and information needed for the service, such as identification and business records.
• Technical data: our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To carry out the services you ask us to provide, including submissions to government agencies on your behalf.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where the service requires it, for example with the Uganda Revenue Authority, the Uganda Registration Services Bureau, a certification body or a buyer you are bidding to — or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or Gmail, those services process the message under their own privacy terms. If you choose to load the map on our contact page, Google processes that request under its own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them, and then deleted or returned.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] or call +256 777 248 147. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Office.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to client documents to the people working on your file.
